Project 2 : Construction Detail and Specification

The objective for this project is to allow the demonstration of knowledge and understanding of construction and application from previous project. Emphasis in producing related manual construction drawing detail and specification. Technical knowledge is viewed as something separate from design.   From this project, i need to identify and propose 1 construction details each.

PROJECT 1: EXPERIENCING CONSTRUCTION

For this project, this is a group assignment, each group of 6 members were required to find and choose an ongoing construction project which related to our subject topic covered in the course. This project should be not more that 4 storeys high rise building site. We were to identify different types of building elements and the process of construction, details and materials.  Through this project, I learn to understanding and know about how the  construction process and method is going on, materials, and technology for doing the research, sketches, drawing and studies.

Below is the project brief:

We went to in Sungai Petani in Kedah to visit our site. We took a lot of  pictures and asked some questions about the methods, materials and so on. We divided the work equally and we also help each other when they need help. I really enjoy to do this project, I gain a lot of knowledge after I visited the site and do a lot of research.
